Disinfection and sterilization of soft endoscopes

The soft lenses to be disinfected mainly include:
 
Gastroscope, colonoscope, bronchoscope, laryngoscope.
 
2% glutaraldehyde can be used for soaking and disinfection, and 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant can be injected into the disinfection tank, and the concentration of the disinfectant can be tested with test paper, and the test paper can be used after it turns yellow evenly.
 
1. Put the endoscope with a fully automatic perfusion device and various buttons in the disinfectant, and the endoscope performs fully automatic throughflow. The operating parts of the full-immersion endoscope must all be immersed in the disinfectant.


 
2. When the endoscope is disinfected with 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde, the race time is:
 
(1) The disinfection time of gastroscope, colonoscope, laryngoscope, 2% glutaraldehyde is not less than 10 minutes.
(2) The bronchoscope disinfection time is not less than 20 minutes.
(3) The disinfection time after use for patients with special infections such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other mycobacteria is not less than 45 minutes.
(4) The endoscope must be soaked for 10 hours when sterilized with 2% glutaraldehyde.
 
3. Use acidic softened electric potential water to disinfect the endoscope according to the instructions approved by the health administrative department.
 
4. Pay attention to when disinfecting soft endoscopes:
(1) When the soft endoscope is disinfected or sterilized with chemical disinfectants, it should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for use, and chemical and biological tests should be carried out.
(2) The operating part of the non-full-immersion endoscope must be wiped with clean water and then wiped and disinfected with 75% ethanol.
(3) The soft endoscope must be completely immersed in disinfectant when disinfecting, and disinfectant must be fully injected into the lumen.
(4) When the endoscopes, such as gastroscopes, colonoscopes, duodenoscopes, and bronchoscopes that are not in use on the day, are disinfected with 2&alkaline glutaraldehyde, the disinfection time should be extended to 30 minutes.
(5) Before using instruments for disinfection, the endoscope must be disinfected in accordance with the relevant provisions of this specification.
(6) When using other disinfectants and knowing about cleaning and disinfecting instruments or other disinfectors, they must comply with the provisions of the "Disinfection Management Law" and strictly follow the instructions for use.
